I was asked to do the catering for a party of 35 people. In specific, they wanted an authentic mexican menu. I don't have many photos of the deed, but needless to say, it was a LOT of work, but rather rewarding.
31/01/04: After cooking continuously for over 12 hours, my energy probably isn't as high as it should be. Btw... the kitchen ended up a lot messier afterwards!
31/01/04: Here is part of the menu. From top to bottom- Empanadas de mole, salsa verde and enchiladas verdes.
31/01/04: Straight after cooking, I had to do a eight hour shift as a bartender. I'm obviously not happy.
31/01/04: I never noticed, but when I put shoes on, I look like I'm trying to do some contemporary dance moves. Behold.. the eyes of someone who's had enough of being in the kitchen.
